Hi!to make those changes you need to first set to nv only then reboot then change that value otherwise when you have it set to ruim it is set to lte with hdr fallback and the only way for you to change that is to root the device or to find a copy of lc11 sdk

Are any unlock tools fore this device. Mine is locked on Verizon and I can't use it elsewhere!

Hey Rich...on the LC11...the me*d can be changed over and over or ony allows a one time change? i got one going but i dont want to test changing it again without asking..

I tried this but with no luck. Are those drivers good only for 64bits OS or they will work on 32 bits OS?
I'm asking that because on the name of the drivers there is this text as part of the name nvusbx64...
