Blackberry Storm Touch Patter Password Removal?

anyone know how to remove this without hard resetting the blackberry?

I'm thinking may be able to go the blackberry desktop manager way to remove program but any other suggestions?

Sadly there is not a way that im aware of either without entering the password 10 times incorrectly to wipe the device.

touch pattern is different, you can enter as many times as you want it wont wipe it that way.
I know I can use bb swiss army knife or commander but wanted to see if there was another way
