    Is blackberry desktop running?

    I should say, are you running the blackberry desktop as well as blackberry manager, or just the blackberry manager?

    that the only comports it shows COM2, COM16, COM17, COM18 and use baud rate 115200.

    It read spc code on blackberries phones. note not all blackberries.
