    I am in Deer Park and I run a repair shop on Deer Park Ave "Repair Center". I need your help to flash Samsung Gusto 3 Verizon SMB311V to Sprint, so I need new MEID DEC an it only has MEID HEX.

    It has an MEID, you can read/write it in HEX or Decimal it is the same thing virtually, it just depends on what you are reading/writing with as to which you will need to use.

    Please let me know how to go about flashing these Samsung Gusto 3 Verizon to Sprint. Is there a known software or do you offer a service where I can mail them to you?
