Only downside is it seems like customers are always screwing with them, you know, like deleting crap they shouldn't be, and so they are kind of high maintenance.

@TorREntSrOCk = Uhhh wifix?? buy apps?? I was thinking it would be sweet just to get talk/text/mms/web working. Someones making cricket/storm apps?? **google** sorry, this is my first BB.
I installed the cd that came with the phone (bb manager) and now it says updates are needed. should I update?? says I'd be going to 5.0 sys soft, core apps, app center, etc, etc. update it?/ or is the prev version better?

got out the xp laptop, loaded up the bb manager, connects to phone. made a backup. start qxdm 2.8 and it wont connect to anything. usb something or other listed as connected port. ack... gotta go to work, try again later...
