what software can read and write to a mifi in the area of lines of 450 and 69710

my mifi has been throttled i would like to attempt to change the line 450 and the 69710 what program will allow me to do this?

i Used dfs to read the nv item 450. i just pulled all the nv items off of a new gusto. then wrote over. As far as item 69710, i couldnt tell you, i have been doing research on this and have found out just a little. I too would like to know a program that can read over 65535.

will changing line 450 make the mifi go back to normal speeds until verizon zaps it again?
or are there other lines that musat be changed due to the throttling?

That has worked for me once on each account and then after that they are changing some of the other nv items i cant get to.

Dfs CAN read 69710. Enter it manually. Start at 69710 end at 69900 per say. You will not find 69710 on the Gusto though

Sorry to say, but Even if you were to modify, Verizon is just gonna throttle it again.
