Thumbs up Expo Mobile to port out Prepayd customers? Need some feedback

According to this article it looks like Expo Mobile offers 4G LTE with their $35 plan- includes unlimited talk and text. Since Prepayd is out of business, I had to port out my customers to Expo Mobile, so far so good. Who did you guys start using? Hopefully they’ll be able to activate the iPhone 5c soon with BYOD. To check and see if a phone is compatible use [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and you can check to see if a phone can be activated with them.

I have a few on Expo, the thing that irritates me is
    1. Iphone 5 has to be on the LTE plans.
    2. THe 2.5 GB data cap only with the iphone 5
    3. The poor customer service.

I had one customer with an iphone 5 that received a warranty replacement from Apple, it took two days and 5 reps to get the replacement phone activated.

I personally push Selectel and Airvoice right now, unless the customer absolutely wants/needs a Sprint MVNO.
