its nice that people give credit to where they get stuff,I posted this a month before that here on gurus in this thread on page 2, but real credit for this address to enumerate goes to 123456&
I do know another trick to get diag without the need for a cable, maybe ill post it to and see how long it takes someone to repost and take credit for it lol.

There are 2 ways to write the meid to it that I know of, first and best method is load my firmware that zero's it out and removes security for you (stable), second way should not be used as it makes the device very unstable and will cause it to crash and is also not permanent with the second method as it reverts back to original after reset or reload the firm.
I can do it for you bro but this device does not play well over network usb so it is mail in only but I can do it with 24hr turnaround so you get it back quick or anyone local is welcome to walk it into my store.
but as far as I know no other method works I have 3 zte tools for changing meid in zte devices and none of them work for this model either.
