Anyone know where I can get the infamous prepaid 4510L firmware (verizon or generic)? Is 220 firmware what everyone is flashing the 4510L with? Thanks in advance.

I messed it up :/
I read all the NV items (ALL) from the gusto 2, then wrote them to the 4510L. After that it gets not signal and has no WIFI, however I can still connect to it with CDMA workshop. I tried factory flashing the firmware but it fails. Any chance I can get a backup of all nv items and just write them to the 4510L to get it back into a workable state? Any other solution or is it bricked? Thanks!
You can run the firmware back onto the device using a factory DUU from verizon here is the link to do that. You may have bricked the modem but I don't know I have never done what you did but if it can be fixed I think this will do it.
Also pull the lte card out when you run the DUU to it
Hope this helps

The firmware update runs all the way through the process then reports failure 18. No joy
Any chance you can get access to a 4510L and backup all the NV Items so I can try writing them to mine? I have a feeling that is the issue (I should have backed them all up first, but hindsight is 20/20). Thank you for the assist.
Here is the fun error the firmware tool gives, it looks like the PRL wont update. I tried every SPC and CDMA WS keeps saying its wrong.
I even ran the MEID through a few SPC calculators and it says the SPC should be 000000. When I try it, it is rejected...
