I had that 1 already and the problem is that I have already unlocked 2 devices and it is not letting me unlock more. any suggestions for me? or am I doing something wrong? I even downloaded that zip file but still no good.

I would suggest buying the unlocker as stated on the website. I have also moved your posts to this thread it is against forum rules to hijack a thread.

i dl'ed the cricket rom from ppc geeks for the diamond, if anyone has used it and had luck with it, let me know. i got everything except outgoing mms to work on my diamond
