cannot decode mms message

Getting this message on a htc diamond that I flashed.

Used ryan moguls 5.2.32.2R1 cab
and using a generic rom

Check all the EPST setting. Also double check that MMS is on the account.

what I found weird is when I changed EPST settings and selected save. the phone turned off and didn't save the stuff.
so I used qpst and did some changes there as well.

It saved before because I used it to test if I could flash it, sold the phone and got it back as a trade in for another.

Also another thing, its a Sprint HTC Diamond. and when you choose to pick Automatic instead of Sprint Only, it gives me a bad para error or something of the kind

Unlock it and try flashing a Verizon shipped ROM but don't allow customization to RUN.
