Reply With QuoteIf the phone has never been provisioned on Sprint, make sure to change the Active profile to 1 (default is 0) in CDMA or QPST, as most M800 MMCs I have seen have the Cricket data written to Profile 1. That should fix your issue.

I gave up that day and got rid of it. I will try this method on the next one though.
