I am working on moving some sprint handsets over to page plus. I have noticed 4g devices will not OTA provision but 3g devices will. Even if the MEID/ESN is swapped the previous statement holds. I have attempted this with the MSL factory set by sprint and updated to 000000 like VZW uses.

Has any one else come across this and did you find a work around to manual programming?
