help with blackberry web on cricket

ok i bought tony's cortez mms and web solution back when mf was alive, sometimes i run into a blackberry that just doesn,t want to connect to the web it say's connect service provider i have tried everything from Itresetpolicy,wiping handset,reflashing ,refreshing account and it still don't work it doesnt happen all the time just once awhile a customer brings one and it doesnt want to connect im forgettting something please help ip address is always zero's

If it is an alltel/sprint phone, make sure you are writing the IOTA Bypass to it.

Another problem that can cause this is not having the network/country code set to 310/00 as well as the Blackberry ID set to your local SID.

Other than that, there really isn't anything else I can say about it. lol

ok i do write bypass ,, but i have nvr tried country code or bb id sid what would it be california san diago plz and thk u
