With all the coverage and exposure that Google Glass has been receiving over the past year or so, it's easy to forget that there are other companies working hard at making smart headsets a reality. Chief among them is Epson, which has already launched one set of smart glasses -- the Moverio BT-100 -- and at CES is currently showcasing the second-generation model. The Epson Moverio BT-200 augmented reality smart glasses cover both eyes, run on Android and, like Google Glass, feature a built-in camera. With Google Glass, the information is accessible via one eye and then there is a need to look up and to the right to see the screen properly -- an experience that has been likened to glancing in a rearview mirror while driving.
