Anyone EVER crack/unlock/hack fully and successfully ANY Gsm Tracfones and/or Net10s?

Tracfone has the cheapest new gsm handsets out there . They also have the consistently highest security of any gsm carrier in the States. Their gsm handsets are harder to hack then cdma handsets.

Has anyone hacked /unlocked/figured out Tracfones successfully ever?

This is more an exercise in curiousity then anything (face it, commercial unlockers make a lot more on iphones and the like for a lot less effort then a Trac10 takes).

Just checking. If you have, post model, and maybe how. Up to you.

Tracfones are a molehill that's like a mountain to climb.

I edited the existing t-mobile profile. Just change the name, APN, and MMSC. Leave everything else the same. It worked fine for me.

Will try the above setting next time.
