Need Help! 3G to O forever!

I got metro pcs iphone 4 verizon. iso 5.1.1 it use to be a 3G and now it stays on "O" I didnt use Rich's tool, is there any way that can I make it back to 3G manually!

Check Cydia, I remember DFS had a source that installed carrier bundles and PRL's for cricket/metro/pageplus Not sure if its still around.
