TORONTO (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index ended higher on Monday, with gains across most sectors as strong economic data buoyed hopes for a strong start to 2014, while BlackBerry built on momentum from last week. The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index unofficially closed up 48.10 points, or 0.36 percent, at 13,447.70. (Reporting by Cameron French)
