Unhappy Blackberry Mobile Network turning off

I have a Sprint Blackberry 8330m I flashed to Metro. The problem i'm having is that when I make a 611 test call the phone connects to the network for about 20 seconds then the Network connection turns OFF. I flashed and reflashed the thing a few times and same problem. I can't get a the phone stay connected to a call without the Mobile Network connection turning off.

Anyone have a solution for this one>?

Check your SID. Make sure you have the correct SID for your market. Also, perhaps try a different PRL.

Those are two things I would look at.

A more drastic approach would be to wipe the handheld and rewrite the OS.

Make sure too that in your data setting you are set to SIP and not MIP, but most important, select Home Only as your network system select choice and do have your local SID programmed in not 6503 or 4815 unless that is truly your home ID. Make sure for EVDO and use PRL 02004 and for AWS models 03010 is the correct one. (For older nonEVDO models, use PRL 01004).

If any of Drkcobra's suggestions dont work, Including the wipe and reinstall, there could be a hardware problem. Ive seen it happen a few times. I have yet to find a solution for it.
