Almost six months later than planned, the search giant's music storage, matching, streaming and internet radio service has launched for the iPhone and iPad. The app (which launched for Android devices back in May) may offer a number of the features that many iPhone users who subscribe to iTunes Match already take for granted, such as storing and streaming their music libraries from the cloud or wirelessly accessing songs they own but haven't uploaded. However, it also boasts a number of features that Apple is yet to roll out beyond the US. When iTunes Radio goes global, iDevice and iTunes users will be able to curate and listen to ad-supported radio stations free of charge, curated by genre, era or artist, and will be able to access albums before they're released.
