Kyocera M1000 Connection Issue

I'm having issue connecting my Kyocera M1000 to QPST. Any idea what is wrong? Thank you.

be more specific,you mean you do not have a comport or qpst wont connect in an "online" state.

The QPST unable to detect the phone. The cable is properly installed, it has "Kyocera High-Speed Wireless Modem (Com XX)" in my Devic Manager. I added the Com XX to my QPST but unable to detect the phone. Am I missing something? Thanks.

I have another question, how do you get the MSL of this phone? Thanks.

here is my notes that phone from a loooooong time ago,i think 08 lol,i got them from the old mf
for your spc you will need to find someone with the old vast program,its still around just hard to find a cricket person that still has it.or you can call cricket and try to get it,they may tell you they cant get it because vast is gone from corporate cricket(but its not)lol good luck.
you may try 099472 generic kyo but your phone still has/uses a unique spc
