IT came from the latest samsung android phone.

this made my sgnal bars goto the circle with the line in it and my battery heat up really fast i have the samsung indulge r910 it wouldve been nice if it worked my service is shit in southern california

Hi. I'm in the NY area. and I have an HTC EVO. On the first page its clear which prls to use, however, I'm not getting any signal on the evo? I've flashed the phone and added the MEID. I've tried the 3022, 0310, 02001, 02004, 01004. what am I missing?

What you are missing is you are trying to use an EVDO model phone (800/1900MHz) in an area that is AWS using 1700/2100MHz only. They can't use those other bands as they are already licensed to other carriers. No matter what PRL you use that model phone will NOT work. You MUST use an AWS capable phone on MetroPCS in the NY area.

Sorry, My friend, We are in bad area. only tri bands will work in New York.
