What!? If you just want to look at it then try the OPEN WITH command under right click and use whatever editor, if you are trying to program it then open it with the 0orogram you are using. I would recommend that you do a little more research on this before playing!

What model phone was this an updated PRL for?
I did an update on a standard AWS phone (S2300 Torino) and it was still 3019.

Well, I guess that proves the theory for sure that there is a 4G PRL for Metro...
