use the newest .prl always

As of right now 3015 is the latest .prl available and yes it works for all devices that I know of. You can also use CDMA workshop 2.7 to load .prl's but that is all you will be able to do with it.

3015 is the latest AWS (tri-band) PRL, but the latest EVDO that is still the one that is updated OTA is 2004 and the latest non-EVDO (1x) is 1004. Be careful of putting the wrong one on the phone as it will just end up rebooting over and over if the wrong one or a damaged one is put on the phone.
