Does anyone know where the u960dll is. I can't get pst or lite to read the phone. It says wrong code

Do you have the DLL installer or just the DLL?

I don't understand I'm sorry I loaded this but there's no dll there. It says "can't find dll" thank you for upoading that. I guess I just don't understand how to put it to use.

Are you using PST or PST Lite?

It is best to use the PST for this phone.

If you go to Program Files>Samsung Electronics>Samsung PST>Models it should show up in that folder. If you named that folder anything but "models" (without the quotes of course) then no dll's will show up.

I would uninstall Samsung PST and reinstall it if you are still having problems. Uninstall it then restart your PC. Then install it again.

Then reinstall the dll. I have never had any problems with this dll.
