Everytime I hit thanks it kicks me to a screen that says I do have privileges to access that function.

If you install this via "setup.exe" it will put a backdoor on your system. It lives at "C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Roaming\Qualcomm". It will also add itself to the "HKCU/Software/Microsoft/Windows/Current Version/Run" key in the registry. There is no virus in the MSI file.

    HELP !!!

I am looking for a higher/new build of QPST than this Version 2.7 Build 422. Is this the highest build there is?

The reason I need it is that we are trying to enable T-Mobile HSPAP+ and AWS Bands on an AT&T Galaxy Mega SGH-i527. All of the QPST builds I have used thus far will back-up and restore to other devices like the Galaxy S4 and the Galaxy Note 2, but not to the Galaxy Mega or the Galaxy Note 3. This build you have here now seems to back-up the entire file from the phone we need the file from, but will not restore it in its entirety to the recipient phone. We get the error message, "COULD NOT RESET THE PHONE. COMMUNICATION ERRORS OCCURED."

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Here is a [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] to my thread in XDA Developers about this.
