Not sure I can help but i'm willing to try anyway. Since I don't know what you've tried or your experience with cdma or gsm devices i'll go ahead and try to get some more information on what you have done or not done. Not meaning any disrespect with any of these questions btw.
1. Did the drivers install with no problems?
2. Under device manager does it list the mifi at all under the ports category.
3. With the sound on and the device unplugged does your computer make the usual sound when connecting it showing it recognizes a new device has been connected.
4. Have you tried another usb port or another computer to verify it has the same condition on another port/computer.
Again I know these are basic questions but like I said. I don't know your experience with such things or what you have tried up until this point.
Also what cdma software are you using and have you tried dfs to see if it will list the port in question.
Possible information on the problem your having at the following post: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
That thread shows the 4620l not the 4620le so it would probably be best to see if it is compatible with your device or not. That part I do not know.

Run the DUU and switch it out of HID mode. The ports will appear.
There's a thread on it here look around...
I did find the forum, thanks guys. It did it's Job. Here's the link to the DUU and it works for COMMing up the 4620LE as well.
