Apple’s iPhone regularly finds itself at the top of customer satisfaction surveys, but a recent study found that the tide is turning. In.the American Customer Satisfaction Index’s first study of individual smartphone models, Apple’s iPhone lineup was topped by not one but two Samsung smartphones. The Galaxy S III and Galaxy Note II were the ACSI’s highest-rated smartphones with a score of 84 a piece, good enough to just edge out iPhone 5 and iPhone 4S, which each scored 82. Forbes noted that Apple’s iPhone 4 scored an 81 in the survey and Samsung’s Galaxy S4 had not yet launched when the study was conducted earlier this year.
