I believe it has to be flashed using dfs cdmatool. You would need an evolution account which cost $75 a year. I have the same issue but i don't have an evolution account can anybody who has one assist me using usb re-director?

Monsta is correct to fix that issue you need to run the NVs to the device. You can do it several different ways but DFS paid is the way I would do it. I am sure one of the members here could do it for you remotely if you paid them
