Flashing to Sprint

I want to flash a US Cellular phone to a company that uses the Sprint network, but exists as its own service provider. Is this possible, and if so, would I flash the phone to Sprint or the smaller company?

Most likely the MVNO of Sprint will not take the USCC ESN into the system, as for what setting to flash it's going to depend on the company.
