Behold the Montana legislature, whose last prominent achievement allowed Montanans to eat their own roadkill. Overshadowed by that bill this past term was little old House Bill 603, a measure that requires the government to obtain a probable cause warrant before spying on you through your cell phone or laptop. Default Re: If You Don't Want the Government to Spy on You, Move to Montana

So let me see if I understand this

1 - Montana passed a law that forces the government to get a warrent before spying on people residing in their state

2 - the Government via the NSA who already BREAKS THE LAW - VIOLATES CONSTITUTIONALLY GRANTED RIGHTS - and CREATES ITS OWN JUDICIARY TO CIRCUMVENT ANY OVERSIGHT WHATSOEVER is going to see Montana law and somehow say

"Oh man I can't believe we can't spy on people who live in Montana"

    Ya right

The laws only apply to us idiotic people who follow them
