back up of firmware

hi there im looking for software than can back up .bin file or firmware of a cdma phones mostly LG and samsung phone? is there really a software that can do that?

I don't think that there is a tool to back up factory file, LG firmware is really easy to find on the net.
Samsung android firmware is really easy as well, but simple phones will be hard to get them.

there are custom tools for dumping images,but they are just that"custom" and the peeps that build them do not generally distribute them.the ones i have i was intrusted with and cannot be sold but if you look hard enough you can find for specific manufacturers.

im looking for 3 bin file of samsung thats why i think that maybe there is a a software to back up a bin file
