I'm not sure that there really is a tutorial here but read through what is available and improvise.

Most of what you are needing to do will be with SamsungPST. It is in the Samsung section under flashing software. You can get a bin to flash to the phone here [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Any basic flashing tutorial will tell you how to set the nam data and write the prl. From there it is a matter of using an mmc file to change the server data for cricket and changing the logins to [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and passwords to cricket.

It's not exactly an extensive guide, but the process is pretty straight forward.
