HardSPL2.4 [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

mtty.exe [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

First run the HSPL Olipro 2.40 and install the rom on device. The unlocks the device.

AFter this loads, continue.

If you're having trouble with Windows 7 and mtty, here's a tip. When your HTC is in bootloader, your phone is most likely showing up as Microsoft USB Sync and mtty is not recognizing it as a valid usb device. Go to the Device Manager and reinstall the driver. I used beezels Treo 650 bootloader driver, but there are a lot of usb drivers for the HTC phones. Once this is installed, restart mtty and connect to usb. This should fix it. It worked for me.
