Not sure....my pageplus dealer flashed it for me but I believe I could do this prl step myself. Which of these programs do you recommend to do this? Does it matter which one I use since it is already flashed? Would I have to use the same program that was used to flash my phone to do the prl mod or doesn't it matter?

It doesn't matter which one but you will need the six digit SPC code to program the phone unless they left it unlocked with a 000000. ( have you tried programming over the air?)

No I haven't tried the ota option. So this is a Sprint phone and there are 2 options under "Sprint System Updates" called 1) Update Profiles and 2) Update PRL. Is that what you were talking about and which one should I try? So will either one of these options even have a chance to fix my 1X data problem being that this is a Sprint phone and I am on Pageplus now or doesn't it matter?

2) update PRL...but that may not work as it is a Sprint phone on Verizon network and you should get the Verizon prompt after other wise try *22899
Have you asked the PagePlus flasher ? for your info.. PRL is just to update towers for roaming.
When I update PRL with a Sprint adjusted for Verizon PRL I do get EvDo

PS..I see there is a "thank you for the post" on the left of the screen..I think you click it for me... and I am not an expert .
