What about a w755 ckt monster does it exist?
ok so i know the motorola w755 is a verizon exlusive phone but does tht mean tht not DST was made for this model?
That is correct. A DST does not exist for any of the exclusive models. The only thing I have seen that is close, is in the case of the A455 that must have been only a US exclusive as there are some Canadian carriers that sell it and there are Java versions (like most Canadian monsters), but no DSTs even still. The Canadian versions of the A455 are closer to a DST than the Verizon other than Java instead of BREW, but...
Hey, this my first contribution to CDMA Gurus
Let's start with some CDMA love for Africa
The following are for Movicel, a carrier from Angola. Judging from their home page, those firmwares at the very least have Portuguese and English... and possibly Spanish too (a bonus from the default North American/Latin American language pack):
Movicel - Z6m

This lonely V3c monster is for a Nigerian carrier called "Multilinks":

Now, for something WAY TOO EXOTIC: MOTOFONE F3c firmwares! Do you remember that extremely dumb phone with 7-segment display, but on E-paper? Well, here is a firmware:
Unknown Malaysian carrier (non-RUIM?):

(Don't ask me which weird cable you need to flash this one...)
Now let's travel for a while to Israel: Pelephone is the one and only CDMA carrier on Israel, those firmwares have Hebrew, Arabic, Russian and English (hence the "HA" in the filenames), so if you need one of those languages on your Motorola, give them a try... (Pelephone no longer sells CDMA handsets )

Finally, some random Reliance (India) firmwares... there are a lot of Indian folks over these forums, so they will find these very useful...

(Some american crossflashes have complained that these Pelephone/Reliance firmwares are a pain for NAM programming with the usual tools, so use them only if you have Pelephone/Reliance handsets. YMMV.)
Don't ask, don't tell, just flash
