Help! Verizon to Reliance India

I bought iPhone 4 from the USA from India. So the phone came packed and was not yet activated on Verizon network.

I would like to know can I still go ahead and activate Reliance CDMA on the phone. Which information do I need to collect from Reliance CDMA operator?

If I can activate it on Reliance, then which one would be suitable OTA or Program?

Why OTA is cheaper than Program? What are the differences?

you need your min and mdn from reliance operator,and you will need program credit unless you iphone is not yet activated in which case you will need a ota credit also
