im sorry if i make this question here but with this software we can change MEID's, but were do we come out with the MEID's number or we jest put any number and change it?

This is a repair tool, "changing" ESN is cloning and is illegal and against forum rules to discuss. So to use this tool find the MEID on the phones sticker and write that back to the device.
