Default Motorola Drivers 64 Bit and Windows 7 Installation

Here is the Link to the 64 Bit from MotoDev. You must register first before downloading it.

[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Here is installation instructions for Windows 7 users having troubles installing drivers for Motorola. This will work with the 32 bit version from Smitty's post as well. For 32 bit just substitute your file name in the instructions.

    1.) Driver Installation (x64)

Download the lates Driver from MotoDev as seen at top of post.

You have to register as Developer first.

Don't start the MSI, it will not work.

    Create an Folder "C:\Driver"

Decompress the MSI-File (Start/Run CMD, You must run CMD as Administrator):

    msiexec /a Handset_USB_Driver_x64_v3.7.0.msi /qn TARGETDIR="C:\Driver"

Since we have no "add hardware" in control panel, we have to install this driver manually.
    The Hardware-Wizard still exist.

    Start/Search -> hdwwiz.exe

I don't know the exact text, because i'm using the german version...

    - Button "next"
    - select "hardware manually (expert)"
    - Button "next"
    - select "All Devices"
    - Button "next"

Now you have to search for the Button "have disk". in my german version i can see only 10 % from the button in the lower right side. click on this button and search for the folder

    C:\Driver\Common Files (64-Bit) Folder\Motorola Shared\MOTPCSDrivers\Drivers

    - Select "motmodem"
    - Button "Open"
    - Button "OK"
    - Select "Motorola" on left side
    - Select "Motorla USB Modem" on right side
    - Press "Next"
    - Press "Next"

    Done...
To simply seek is overrated. That's why you have search.

Arrow USB Drivers 4.72 and 3G Data Card Drivers

I grabbed these out of the new version of Radiocomm (11.11.7).

    Motorola Driver Installer_v4.7.2.0.msi:
(There is only a 32 bit version; the 64 bit version was v4.71)

    Motorola_3G_Datacard_Drivers_v1.5.9.0.msi:
(This is the 32 bit version)

    Motorola_3G_Datacard_Drivers_x64_v1.5.5.0.msi:
