you can get the spc cheaper from mobile-files.com , go on there & search blackberry 8530 spc , i bought one of the guy for $8 and he got it to me within 3 hours.

There isnt a program to read those SPCs to my knowledge. You will just have to include the cost of the SPC in your price!
