Yeah, looks to be the case, but where do they come from? Does someone from LG leak them or something? I'm guessing if I find out where they come from I can at least get an estimated time on when someone might have it..

No, it is not. That dll is for LGFLASH TOOL. You can use that, It won't be easy to find lgnpst dll anymore.
