    Looking for VX9700 DLL MSI (for LGNPST). I hope it will work with my firmware CX97TE11 (Telus Canada).

    there is the .dll its not a .msi so you will have to register it yourself,just install necessary generic and components and drop onto regsvr in your sys32 folder or use right click to register
