16 digit passwords for Samsung including a Downloadable Word Doc

Galaxy S3 and Galaxy Note II on sprint... after the 4.1.2 update the 16digit password has changed. is there a method to extract or has anyone allready extracted them? old one worked fine in 4.1.1 but after this latest update The 01F is no longer working.

I read on a S2 you can roll back to the previous image but that is a lot of grief just to be able to enter the old one.

the "01f" you refer to is the default,that wasnt the correct one anyway,it never was. it just works on alot of models.you dont need the 16 digit to flash this phone anyway.are you trying to rewrite its meid?

that is the goal.. I set one for testing then the firmware upgrade and now Im trying to get it back to what it originally was... I dont mind doing some mem work if there is a method to extract these.

They are not changing the 16 digits, They are blocking some nv item to avoid people cloning esn/meid.

well the 16 digit password now shows invalid where in the old it did not on dfs

in the new samsung firms the 16 digit password is disabled,we are see'n this in several models.
