16 digit passwords for Samsung including a Downloadable Word Doc

my samsung I500 is already activated on crickets network and im trying to activate it manually but when i enter the spc code it says its incorrect i tryed 16 zeros and no luck can someone help me?

If it's been flashed the SPC code is most likely six 0's... 000000 ... The 16 digit code is used when using a PST.
