it like had wierd symbols when trying to start it and it closed
I used the reg and it just closes, then used cracked and thats what happened. it worked fine the first time but once restarted it acted funny

Hmmm... I would try a complete uninstall, reboot, and then clean install.

I had that problem with 1.3.6.3 a few times. It's a problem with the hardlock install. Uninstalling & reinstalling usually worked 4 me
