Default Connecting a Kyocera Device to CDMA WS (Hydro)

I am having trouble connecting a Hydro to CDMA Ws.

I have windows 7, the latest version of cdmaws.

What i've tried is ##3283#, enter msl ( I already know msl). put it into diag mode, have it in usb debugging mode. And with these set i've tried charging only, usb drive, and media device. one of them makes a com port show up eventually, but not a dailup com port.

When i first plug it into my computer and look at the driver log, it comes up with kyocera usb modem with a red x and dosen't install the drivers for it, how do i find the modem drivers for the hydro and make them work? I believe that is the key to making it work
