    Exclamation Does this tool have support? Need help and response

    Tool does not flash carrier patch with correct setting on my iphone. Need settings for NTELOS to program it manually.

    it does for all platforms with the exception of the commcenter patch is not updated nor will it be for 6.1.3.we will be introducing a new tool later this month with the cc patch for 6.1.3 updated. so for now you need patch the cc manually but only for 6.1.3
