you mean a mmc file? for cricket,metro,revol,uscell,pp,or one of about 30 other carriers,i mean no one knows what you are asking for so no one is gonna help you.be specific with your requests, and state what you are trying to accomplish with the flash file because there may be another way to do what you are trying to do.the more info you leave the better your chances are of getting help.
