Help with the new tool version:2.1.24.1

Tool looks great guys thanks so much, but I have a few questions. One I cannot install my carrier bundle; two I cannot write my PRL and when I try to select one from the list I just get a message "PRL update from cloud failed". Anyone know how to fix these issues?

Thanks for the help rich, rebooting solved the PRL issue but with the carrier patch it tells me "Current device does not have permission to write nvitem!" Do I have to buy credits to install the carrier patch? my iphone was flashed with your tool, but I sent my phone to someone to flash it, do they need to install the carrier patch?

the tool installs the patch automatically when you install the your carriers bundle,but if they didnt use our bundle then the tool did not patch the commcenter

but why do I not have permission to install the carrier bundle?
