well what exactly are you expecting this to do? all it does is patch commcenter.

it patches commcenter,thats it.no more no less.4s is different if you are trying to load a custom carrier bundle or mod an existing one.this patch is required but there is more required to accomplish this than a cc patch on ip 4s and 5
